主要研究内容和成果:
主要从事表观遗传学和生物信息学的前沿交叉研究,采用三维基因组、生物信息和分子遗传学等研究手段,围绕植物染色质高级结构、功能与演化等方面开展工作。通过自主研发系列表观技术,系统阐明植物染色质三维组织的动态调控规律,近五年以通讯/第一作者(含共同)在PNAS(2025)、Nature Communications(2020, 2024)、Molecular Cell(2024)和Science Advances(2020)等期刊发表论文11篇。
