主要科研领域与方向:
本课题组主要从事植物光信号转导机制研究。“万物生长靠太阳”,光既是能量还是信号,在拟南芥幼苗阶段,光控形态建成对多个特色鲜明的生物学事件的正常进行至关重要,包括幼苗的出土存活、光合作用开启以及营养方式转变等。大量的研究揭示了基因转录的重编程以及泛素-蛋白酶体系统控制的蛋白降解在光控形态建成中的核心作用。课题组则拟利用分子遗传学及生物化学手段来进一步解析(1)光控蛋白翻译在光形态建成中的作用及机制;(2)非蛋白降解型泛素化在光形态建成中的作用及机制。期望为理解植物环境适应性的分子机理、为促进植物性蛋白质资源的生产与利用提供一定的理论基础。
