学习和工作经历:

2000年毕业于四川农业大学生化与分子生物学专业,获理学硕士学位;2007年毕业于南京师范大学动物学专业,获理学博士学位;2014年美国耶鲁大学医学院实验医学系及免疫学系访问学者。2000年南京师范大学生命科学学院工作,南京师范大学“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,南京师范大学“优秀教师奖”,南京师范大学本科优秀教学奖(一等奖,二等奖)。现承担本科生《生物化学》、《生物化学实验》、《抗体技术与原理》、《生命科学导论》以及研究生《细胞工程》、《高级生物化学》等多门课程的教学工作。

研究方向:

1. 对病源微生物感染机体后免疫应答产生的免疫小肽分别从生物化学、细胞生物学以及生化药理学等角度研究其生物学活性,尤其关注其在人类恶性肿瘤治疗中的效应与分子机制。关注修饰对多肽生物学活性的影响与机理,为寻找高效低毒的多肽类抗癌药物或药物组合提供新的设计思路和研究基础。主要包括:

(1) 免疫肽在肿瘤发生发展中的作用、机制与抗癌药物设计

(2) 抗癌肽修饰改造与靶向设计

(3) 基于抗体的肿瘤靶向给药体系设计与评价

2. 从微生物组学、代谢组学、病毒组学等现代生物技术及以及生物化学、分子免疫学、动物生理学、生物地理学、生态学等多角度探讨野生动物种群的保护与健康发展策略,尤其关注江国家重点保护野生动物麋鹿的疾病与健康。已开展季节变化及饮食类型等对麋鹿种群的健康评价以及常见疾病的肠道微生态标志物研究;已开展全球最大野生麋鹿种群健康与疾病的监测、分析与保护策略制定,极大推动现代生物技术在野生动物保护中的应用实践。
