张石柱

个人简介

张石柱,博士、教授、博士生导师。主要以人类致病真菌烟曲霉为材料,研究真菌致病因子和耐药相关的分子机制以及抗真菌药物的开发。研究成果发表在 mBio, NPJ Biofilms Microbiomes, Molecular Microbiology, Cellular Microbiology, Virulence, Applied Environmental Microbiology等国际权威杂志。

研究方向

烟曲霉是一种重要的致病真菌,在免疫缺陷病人或者肺部有损伤的病人中可以引发死亡率很高的侵袭性曲霉病,对人类公共健康安全构成了威胁。我们实验室主要以烟曲霉为材料,利用遗传学、生物化学和分子生物学等技术手段,研究真菌致病因子和耐药相关的调控机制,为抗真菌药物的开发提供支持。
