个人简介

韩管助,南京师范大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要从事病毒进化和多样性以及病原与宿主间互作进化方面的研究工作,共发表SCI收录论文80余篇,其中作为通讯作者(含共同)Science、PNAS、Science Advances、Nature Communications、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Plant Cell、PLOS Pathogens、mBio期刊发表论文60余篇,相关研究成果多次获得Nature Reviews Microbiology、Trends in Plant Science等期刊评述推荐,并被收录入Principles of Virology等经典教材担任Mobile DNA、Virologica Sinica、Journal of Systematics and Evolution等期刊编委。

研究方向

病原微生物正严重威胁全球公共卫生健康、粮食安全以及社会经济发展。我们实验室主要利用进化生物学、基因组学、分子生物学、人工智能等多学科交叉融合方法来研究病原进化以及病原与宿主间互作进化主要研究方向包括:

·病毒起源、进化和多样性;

·新发传染病溯源进化和预测

·病原与宿主间互作进化;

·作物抗病进化和智能设计。
