主要从事:(1)植物内生菌资源及其与宿主相互关系,(2)微生态制剂,(3)土壤生态与修复工程研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金6项,科技部博士点基金1项,参加国家十一五支撑计划项目1项,中国科学院知识创新工程重大项目1项。先后发表论文100多篇,SCI收录论文50余篇,获得授权专利5项。2008年获得江苏省科技进步三等奖1项(排名3),2008年被省科协、省委农工办评为万名科技专家兴农富民工程优秀科技专家,2015年江西省科技进步二等奖(排名3)。2008年被评为江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年教师,2009年获省高等教育教学成果二等奖。2014年被评为江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀中青年学术带头人培养对象。
