张石柱

张石柱,男,1980年7月生。博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2010年于重庆大学获博士学位。博士期间(2008. 09-2010. 09),受国家留学基金委的资助,以联合培养博士生的身份到美国佛罗里达大学细胞科学和微生物系(Department of cell science and microbiology, University of Florida)从事真菌生长发育和致病性机理的研究工作。2011年6月应聘南京师范大学“高层次人才”项目,任副教授。目前为止,在JBC,Mol Microbiol,Appl Environ Microbiol等期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。目前主要以模式真菌构巢曲霉和机会病原真菌烟曲霉为材料,研究真菌抗药性机制和真菌与宿主之间的互作机制。

(1)国家自然科学基金青年项目,31200057,钙离子通道基因midA/cchA 和figA 在构巢曲霉无性产孢中的功能研究,2013.01-2015.12,主持。

(2)教育部博士点基金新教师类,20123207120015,瞬时型感受器电位通道YvcA/TrpA参与调控曲霉对唑类药物耐受性研究,2012.12-2014.12,主持。

(3)江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,BK2012451,钙亲和性双元吸收系统在构巢曲霉分生孢子形成中的调控机理研究,2012.07-2015.07,主持。

(4)南京师范大学“高层次人才”启动经费,2011.06-2012.06,主持。
