研究经历

多年来一直从事肿瘤表观遗传学研究,在分子层面探究前列腺癌、结直肠癌的病因学及其发展的分子机制。期间,200612月至20119月,在美国Cancer Center of University of Minnesota做访问学者并从事前列腺癌领域的研究。主要研究内容涉及:Androgen receptor (AR)FOXO1金属基质蛋白酶(MMPsNCAPD2NCAPD3等于癌症密切相关的重要分子分别在前列腺癌和结直肠癌发生、发展和转移中重要作用及其中的分子机制,相关研究成果分别发表在Cancer ResearchOncogeneCell Death and DifferentiationJ Cell PhysiologyProstateOncotargetJ Cell Biochemistry等国际核心期刊以及国内“肿瘤”等中文核心期刊。目前,实验室的研究方向仍然专注于前列腺肿瘤与结直肠癌发生、发展与转移的分子基础方面的研究,并在前期研究基础上,与江苏省中医院泌尿科合作,进行有关肿瘤(前列腺癌)预防与治疗的复方中药的筛选及作用机制探索。
