研究内容:
以演化生物学和生物信息学分析为基础,以分子细胞生物学实验和动物生理实验手段研究人类孤儿G蛋白偶联受体-GPCR的新功能和其多肽激素配体在不同物种中适应性演化及其生理功能适应,进而开发人类疾病相关的新多肽药物和新药靶。具体包括:
多肽家族GPCR受配体配对关系的起源和演化分子模型;
GPCR受体基因和多肽激素配体基因的协同演化和适应性演化研究;
孤儿GPCR在哺乳动物和人类中的适应性演化和蛋白结构变化及引起的生理功能适应;
孤儿GPCR的去孤儿化和功能研究,哺乳动物新多肽激素配体的预测和生理功能鉴定;
GPCR受体配体对在细胞水平(in vitro)和模式老鼠动物水平(in vivo)的功能研究,GPCR靶点药物和新多肽药物的开发。
