基本情况:

陈玉清:女,19746月出生,四川成都人。2000年毕业于四川农业大学生化与分子生物学专业,获理学硕士学位;2007年南京师范大学动物学专业博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位;2014年美国耶鲁大学医学院实验医学系及免疫学系访问学者。在南京师范大学青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师培养对象(2012-2015),南京师范大学优秀教师奖2013),曾承担本科生专业基础课《生物化学》《生物化学实验》《分子生物学》《分子生物学实验》《生物学进展》《生命科学导论》以及研究生《基因工程下游技术》《细胞工程》《高级生物化学》等多门课程的教学工作。

研究方向:

对病源微生物感染机体后免疫应答产生的免疫小肽分别从生物化学、细胞生物学以及生化药理学等角度研究其生物学活性,尤其关注其在人类恶性肿瘤治疗中的效应与分子机制。关注蛋白质修饰对抗癌活性的影响与机理,为寻找高抗癌活性低毒副作用的药物提供重要依据和方向。近年研究兴趣主要包括:

  1. 免疫肽在肿瘤发生发展中的作用、机制与抗癌药物设计
  2. 抗癌肽的修饰改造、抗癌活性与分子机制
  3. 免疫学、组学与野生动物保护
