陈龙

学习和工作经历 
1981-1985年  安徽农业大学动物医学系动物医学专业学士;1987-1988年  武汉大学生物化学系 访问学者;1991-1998  年南京农业大学动物医学院生理学与生物化学专业 硕士、博士;1997年  德国Hanover动物医学院 合作访问学者;2000-2001年  南京医科大学公共卫生学院江苏省应用毒理重点实验室 访问学者;2006-2008年  美国Louisiana州立大学卫生科学中心生化与分子生物学系博士后访问学者。
1985-1998年  安徽科技学院动物医学系助教、讲师、副教授,1998年8月 作为高层次人才引进南京师范大学生命科学学院,曾先后担任动物教研中心主任、生物学系主任、生命科学学院副院长等职务,2001年破格晋升为教授。现为生命科学学院 生理学与生物化学教授,生化与分子生物学博士点学科研究方向带头人,生理学硕士点学科带头人。
研究方向
免疫网络信号分子及细胞粘附、迁移和凋亡的信号转导网络及其靶向调控。
研究内容和兴趣
从免疫生理学与生物化学、病理生理学角度揭示机体、组织、细胞损伤与抗损伤保护的免疫学机制和分子机制——致力于细胞生存和死亡的信号转导网络研究,探索靶向药物调控分子机制。特别关注氧化应激、环境化学污染物镉影响人类健康如大脑神经元凋亡、退化及其相关疾病的发生机理及调控和新药探索;神经-内分泌-免疫网络中的多信号分子的相互关系及调控策略,为指导有益免疫应答、避免有害应答,寻找和开发新型免疫活性调节因子提供新思路和新方法;肿瘤发生中相关信号分子在其粘附、迁移中的作用,为寻找靶向抑制药物提供理论依据和指导。具体包括:
1. 神经细胞氧化应激介导mTOR抑制在帕金森病发生中作用分子机制;
2. 人源性B淋巴细胞刺激因子(hsBAFF)信号转导及免疫调节机制;
3. 环境污染物镉致神经细胞凋亡过程中MAPKs和Akt/mTOR通路信号转导网络及靶向调控机制;
4. 肿瘤细胞粘附、迁移过程中mTOR信号及其相关分子的信号转导及靶向药物抑制作用的分子机制;
5. 神经-内分泌-免疫网络中的多信号分子的相互关系及调控。
研究项目与成果
先后承担和主持国家自然科学基金、欧洲联盟资助的国际合作项目子课题、科技部“十五”科技专项子课题、江苏省科委“十五”科技攻关项目以及高校自然科学重大基础研究项目等课题。已在国内外期刊发表论文160余篇,其中在Cancer Res、Oncogene、Cell Mol Life Sci、Free Radic Biol Med、Br J Pharmacol、Oncotarget、Carcinogenesis、Neuropharmacology、J Biol Chem、Biochem Pharmacol、Cell Signal、J Neurochem、J Cell Physiol、Cell Cycle、Int J Biochem Cell Biol、Lab Invest、Neuropath Appl Neuro、Toxicol Sci等国际SCI学术榜刊物发表论文55篇,发表论文总影响因子累计181、被SCI他引1410次(截止2017年2月)。培养的1名博士获江苏省优秀博士学位论文(2014年),先后获教育部科技进步自然科学奖二等奖2项(2009年、2003年)、农业部科技进步三等奖1项(1999年)、江苏省南京市科技进步二等奖(2009年)和三等奖(2007年)各1项,申报发明专利授权2项。
